Jack joined the team in April 2025. He is a licensed CPA as well as a Realtor. He worked in the accounting profession for 28 years. Although he’s a relatively new agent, he’s no stranger to real estate, having been involved in over ten transactions of his own over the years. His attention to detail is like no other. Jack was raised in rural Washington state about midway between Seattle and Portland. Following his parent’s retirement, he relocated to Arizona in 2002. He discovered Payson when he started coming up from Phoenix on weekends during the long, hot summers in the valley. In 2017, Kim helped him and a friend locate a home to purchase on the hill above Green Valley Park . Finally in 2021, he decided to sell his Phoenix house and make Payson his home, once again calling upon Kim to represent him in the purchase of a larger home. He loves living here in Rim Country and has not looked back. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the beautiful outdoors and is active in church, local politics, and with the Elks.
