I called Kim to ask if she knew of any movers in the area (none of the ones that show up in a Google search actually answer their phones).  Knowing that I was moving out of town and of course not thinking about purchasing a home here, Kim immediately contacted a handful of people that she knows and I had a professional mover call me within an hour or so.  As someone who has been involved in many dozens of real estate transactions and dozens of brokers/realtors over the years, that level of willingness to help is invaluable and easily the top trait that I seek in a realtor.
